Our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs act like currents, directing energy toward certain outcomes—whether we realize it or not. When we focus on growth, healing, and alignment, our energy supports that expansion. But when we dwell in doubt, fear, or uncertainty, we unknowingly feed those realities as well. It’s not just about having energy; it’s about consciously choosing where we direct it.
